  • Laying Med-Ball Chest Pass
  • Right Knee Core Rotation
  • Alternating Controlled Slams
  • Left Knee Core Rotation
  • Reverse Overhead Wall Slams
  • Overhead Wall Slams
  • Alternating Side Wall Slams
