6 Exercises / 5 Rounds / 30-45 Mins

What you need:
  1. Pair of Dumbbells (5-15 lbs)
  2. Kettlebell (Challenging weight)
  3. Time & Room

The Motion(s):

  • Alternating Pistol Squat Burpees – 10 Reps
  • Kettlebell Swing / Dead-Lift Complex – 10 Reps
  • Turkish Get-Up Complex – 2 Reps (One Each Side)
  • Single Leg Inch-Worm Pushup – 10 Reps (5 Each Side)
  • Dumbbell Punch/ Curl Combo – 160 Total Reps
    • 20 Punches / 20 Curls (4 times through)
  • Dumbbell Jumping Jacks- 30 Reps
