What you need:
    1. Barbell w/Plates
    2. Kettlebell
    3. Folk Music

The Motion(s):

  • Kettle Complex – One Per Side
    • Deadlift
    • Clean
    • Clean & Press
    • Snatch
    • Swing/Snatch
    • Inside Rotation to Snatch
  • Barbell Deadlift – 10 Reps
  • Single-Leg Barbell Burpee – 10 Reps
  • Kettlebell Swing/ Deadlift Complex- 10 Reps
  • Kettlebell Row Complex – 4 Reps
    • Three Alternating Rows
    • Clean
    • Snatch

 

Rest-Up between Rounds and Increase Weights
