  1. Barbell in T-Bar Platform
  2. 10-45 lb plates (Intervals of five or 10)
  3. Dip Bar

The Motion(s):

Circuit (4 rounds)

  • Barbell Front Squat & Press – 10 Reps
  • Barbell Core Twist– 10 Reps
  • Barbell Deadlift Single Arm Press (Left Arm) – 10 Reps
  • Spiderman Mountain Climbers – 20 Reps
  • Barbell Deadlift Single Arm Press (Right Arm) – 10 Reps
  • Wall Sit – 30 Seconds
  • Dips – 10 Reps
