6 Exercises / 4 Rounds / 35-40 Mins

What you need:
  1. Kettlebell (8-16Kg)
 

The Motion(s):

  • Kettlebell Rows – 50 Reps
  • Kettle Chair w/Twist – 10 Reps
  • Single Leg Deadlift Alternating Row – 10 Reps (Five each side)
    • 3 x Rows each Rep
  • Squat Roll-Back – 10 Reps
  • Single Leg Controlled Tri-Press- 10 Reps (Five each side)
  • Close Grip Kettlebell Push-Up/Push-Back – 10 Reps
