I don’t have any In-Laws but if I did I would do this workout when I’m stuck at their house.

What you need:
  1.  Nothing – All You

The Motion(s):

 Circuit – For Time
  • Burpee Side Kick- 10 Reps
  • Ground Zero Jumps – 25 Reps
  • Explosive Pushups – 20 Reps
  • Air Squats – 25 Reps
  • Mountain Climbers – 30 Reps
  • Alternating Lunges – 20 Reps
  • Jumping Jacks – 100 Reps

That’s One Round…..Over 1000 Reps Await…You Ready
