Find your Heavy Bags folks cause this ones going the distance….Sorta.  Eight – 5 minute rounds. You can also shadow box it and get a killer cardio workout in.

2 Exercises / 8 Rounds / 40 mins

What you need:

  1. Heavy Bag and Gloves or Shadow Box
  2. Timer (I use the Android interval timer App)

The Motion(s):

  • Hard Strikes for 2 minutes and 45 seconds
  • 10 Pushups
  • Light Strikes for 2 minutes and 15 seconds

That’s One Round (5 minutes)…. Seven More to Go
