The Motions:

  • Clean/Lateral Step – 10 Reps (5 Each Side)
  • Clean Across / Step-Back Flow 10 Reps (5 Each Side)
  • Alternating Lunge Snatch Complex 10 Reps (5 Each Side)
  • Rollback Kettle Press Core Complex 6 Reps
  • Kettle Deadlift Complex 5 Reps (5 Each Side)
