I’ve never really had any luck thinking outside the BOX…. Maybe this will Work 😏

6 Exercise/ 4 Rounds / ~30 Minutes

What YOU NEED:

  • Plyo BOX

The Motions:

40 Seconds WORK 20 Seconds REST

  • Explosive Plyo Step- Up
  • Jump w/ Eccentric Step-Down (as Slow as Possible)
  • Jump-Up / Flip Up
    • Modify: Standard Jumps
  • Lateral Jump Bear Burpee
    • Modify: Standard Lateral Jump
  • Elevated Single Leg Glute Bridge
    • 3 x Each side and Switch
  • Knees -to- Feet -to- Box

1 Minute Between ROUNDS
