  • Step-Back Kettle Pass – 10 Reps (5 Each Side)
  • Double Swing/Hop Complex – 10 Reps
  • Alternating Row Step-Up Flow10 Reps (5 Each Side)
  • Kettle Pedal 50 Pedals
  • Swing Side Step 10 Reps (5 Each Side)
