Looking for the Perfect Rooftop Jump Rope Routine to wake up all your friends on vacation?

You’re in Luck! 😏

2 Exercises / 20 Rounds / 20-30 Mins

What you need:

  • Jump Rope

The Motion(s):

  • Start with 10 Jumps followed by 1 Burpee
  • Right into 20 Jumps and 2 Burpees
  • 30 and 3
  • 40 and 4
  • All the way up to 100 Jumps and 10 Burpees
  • The Tip of the Pyramid is 250 Jumps (No Burpees)
  • Then Head back down…
  • 10 Burpees and 100 Jumps
  • 9 Burpees and 90 Jumps
  • Until You Hit 10 & 1

P.S – The Key to this circuit is to position yourself directly over your friend’s Room! Ideally after a night of Drinking…The Rest will take care of itself😏
