What You Need:

  • Kettlebell

The Motions:

Complete the Following Every Minute on the Minute

  • Kettle Squat Halo – 5 Reps
  • Ballistic Row / Press Across – 4 Reps (2 x Each Side)
  • Alternating Plyo Lunge – 10 Reps ( 5 x Each Leg)

Repeat until 20-Minutes is DONE 👊
