What You Need:

  • Kettlebell

The Motions:

  • Eccentric Kettle Snatch – 4 Reps (2 x Each Side)
  • Ballistic Kettle Row Complex – 6-10 Reps (Alternating Sides)
  • Plyo Jump Negatives – ~6 Reps ( Both Hands/Single Hand)
  • Slow Power Goblet Squat – ~6 Reps
