What You Need:

  • Kettlebell

The Motions:

  • Eccentric Halo Flow – 4 Reps
    • Down & Up = 1
  • Alternating Single Side Swing – 10 Reps
    • 5 Each Side
  • Swing-Through Windmill Complex – 10 Reps
    • 2 x Rep Increments
  • Revese Kettle Crunch – 10 Reps
  • Kettle Golf Swing – 20 Reps
    • Core Engaged / Drive with the Hips
