60 Seconds of Work -30 Seconds of Rest
  • Around the World High Knees
  • Tire Plyo Complex
  • Coast-to-Coast Burpee Complex
  • Push-Up  – Single Arm Hold**
  • Knees-to-Feet-to-Tire
  • Alternating Lunge Wall Slam

**Swap with push-ups if needed**
