- Door Hanging Pull-up bar
The Motion(s):
- Doorway Pull-Ups – 10 Reps *
- Push-Up Hands-Up – 20 Reps
- Low Bodyweight Squat – 25 Reps
- Neighbor Waking Burpees – 5 Reps
- Jumping Jacks – 100 Reps
*Swap for Groud-Zero Jumps if pull-up bar is unavailable
