What you need:
  1. Door Hanging Pull-up bar
 

The Motion(s):

  • Doorway Pull-Ups – 10 Reps *
  • Push-Up Hands-Up – 20 Reps
  • Low Bodyweight Squat – 25 Reps
  • Neighbor Waking Burpees – 5 Reps
  • Jumping Jacks  – 100 Reps

*Swap for Groud-Zero Jumps if pull-up bar is unavailable
