Starter
  • Kettlebell Swings – 50 Reps
Circuit (3 Rounds)
  • Full Body Kettlebell Complex – 10 Reps (5 Each Side)
  • Push-Up Pulse**  – 10 Reps
  • Row/ Reach-Down / Squat Complex – 10 Reps (5 Each Side)
  • Push-Up Clap**  – 10 Reps
  • Lateral Halo  Kettle Swing – 20 Reps
  • Superman Push-Up** – 10 Reps
Finisher
  • Kettlebell Swings – 50 Reps

 

** Feel free to swap out the different push-up variations to ones that you can get 10 solid reps**
