What You Need:

  • Just You
  • Timer

The Motions:

Complete the following Movements, Every Minute on the Minute, one exercise per minute:

  • Crab Rotation Progression1 Each Side
  • Sprawl Kick-through Complex – 4 Reps ( 2 each side)
  • Broad Jump Burpee Complex – 3 Reps
