When its one of those days –  your on the way to the Gym and have no clue what your gonna do….. This is my Go-To

 

5 Exercises / 10 reps / 6 rounds / 30 mins

What you need:
  • Barbell with 45lb (or comfortable) weights and clamps
  • 25lb plate
  • Pull-up bar
The Motion(s):
  1. Free Plate Palm Squat
  2. Barbell Burpee’s
  3. Dead Lift
  4. Woodchoppers / Kettle Swinga
  5. Pull-up’s / Chin-ups

Feel free to substitute an exercise in or out to meet your specific fitness level or physical location – Get Creative
