You Know the old Saying…..

“The best way to ensure your head stays in the clouds…. Is by keeping those FEET are on the GROUND…..”

Ohh, ya don’t…. No worries, I literally just made it up….

And at first glance you’re probably thinking it’s an adage to remind you to “Dream BIG” but be humble and grateful in the process….

And although a good guess, it actually means, put your literal “Feet” to the Ground”!

Highlighting that by physically connecting your body to the ground, you will be operating as a more efficient human at the cellular & metabolic level….. And Thus….

Make your, goals, dreams and ambitions more attainable….

This, my friends is a practice called grounding (or Earthing), and here’s why you should consider it…
