Why You SHOULD Exercise While Following a Fasting Protocol

When most people first consider a fasting protocol, they do it because of the claims they’ve heard around it’s mythical powers of seducing the scale in the direction they desire…..

And although we know that the true benefits of a well thought-out protocol happen at the cellular and metabolic level, this “seducing” of the scale can indeed be a common byproduct of the intervention….

But does that mean it’s a GOOD Thing?

Well, that depends, is this weight evaporating in the form of fatty acid breakdown, or something else…. I don’t know, say an absolutely essential tissue type that when depleted impairs physical function & increases the risk of disease across the board….

Like I said, it depends…..

This “other” tissue type I reference is muscle. And statically speaking it begins a slow and steady downtrend from about 40 years of age onward. A processes which could be potentially accelerated if longer bouts of daily fasting are incorporated into the routine…

NOT Ideal….I Know…

That is, until you realize there may be a simple, yet slightly sweaty solution that provides the best of BOTH worlds. Helping maintain (and even grow) muscle while likely enhancing the effects of a daily fasting regimen…

Here’s what ya need to know….
