I hate to be “That Guy” but…. We Sit ALOT!

Well at least ALOT more than we used to….. With a Good chunk of the population spending 8+ Hours a Day, being sedentary.

Now, this wouldn’t be THAT big of a deal if our pretty cool meat suit wasn’t evolutionary programmed to NOT only Move, BUT to have this “Movement” be a mandatory Requirement for optimizing Health & Longevity.

I mean, it’s one of the first things we naturally “Crave” to do as Humans, and looking back you don’t see to many cave paintings of people just lounging around…..

And if you don’t feel comfortable using ancient cave wisdom, we can turn to modern science, which is more & more clearly displaying that if we don’t “USE” our Muscle, we DO in-fact “LOSE” our Muscle.

OR that key tissue-type which allows us to roam around this beautiful floating rock doing everything we wish & desire…

Sounds like something that we’d want to preserve, No?

So let’s explore a NEW, and scientifically intriguing, way to do just that!
