    • Heaviest = 90% One Rep Max (1RM) for Turkish GetUP

The Motions:

Complete the Exercises Below in the following order…

  • Kettle GetUp – Right Arm
  • Kettle PushUp – 5 Reps (Right)
  • Kettle Russian Twists – 10 Reps
  • Kettle GetUp – Left Arm
  • Kettle PushUp – 5 Reps (Left)
  • Kettle PLYO Jumps – 10 Reps
