5 Movements / 4 x 4-Minute Rounds / ~20 Minutes

What You Need:

  • Light Kettlebell
  • Timer

The Motions:

Complete the Following Movements AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) during a 4-minute running clock⏳

  • Bottoms-up Overhead Squat – 4 Reps (2 Each hand)
  • Hip Rotation & Reach – 2 Reps (1 Each Side)
  • Full Body Kettle Crunch – 5 Reps
  • Shin-Box GetUps – 2 Reps (1 Each Side)
  • Foot Loaded Kettle Crunch – 5 Reps

Rest for 1-Minute and Start Round II
