3 Movements / 20 Rounds / 20 Minutes

What You Need:

  • (1) Kettlebell (~70% Kettle Swing 1RM)
  • (1) Slam Ball
  • (1) Medicine Ball

The Motions:

Complete the Following Movements Every Minute on the Minute ⏳

  • Heavy Kettlebell Swing – 5 Reps
  • SuperHERO Slam – 4 Reps
  • V-Up and Toss – 3 Reps
