  • Battle Ropes
  • Timer

The Motions:

Complete the Following Every TWO Minutes on the TWO Minutes

  • Explosive Knee Rope Slam (Right) 5 Slams
  • Battle Punches 5 Each Arm
  • Ickey Shuffle – There and Back
  • Explosive Knee Rope Slam (Left) 5 Slams

Rest for the remaining time in the Round, then it’s time for Round 2 👊
