Complete the following Movements, Every Minute on the Minute, one exercise per minute:

  • KickThrough Scorpion Complex – 4-6 Reps
  • RollBack Tuck Jump – 4 Reps
  • Curtsy Squat Skier Jump – 10 Reps
  • Triple Knee Flow – 1 Each Side
