1:30 REST

What You Need:

  • (1) Kettlebell – 80% 1RM for Clean and Squat
  • Timer

The Motions:

Alternate between the following movements for 2:30 Minutes ⏳

  • Single Kettle Clean and Squat – 2 Reps (One Each Side)
  • Toe Touch Monkey Hop – 2 Reps (One Each Side)

Rest for 1:30 and then Right Back At It 👊
