What You Need:

  • (2) Kettlebells
  • Timer

The Motions:

Complete the following Movements, Every Minute on the Minute, one exercise per minute:

  • Alternating Single Arm Swings – 16 Reps
  • Kettle Plyo Jumps – 10 Reps
  • Tuck Planche Holds – 3 x 5 Seconds
  • Clean and Press – 4 Reps
  • High Knees High Pulls – 8 Reps
  • Butterfly SitUps – 10 Reps
