There is no bigger commonality across ALL the top diseases we intelligent walking apes face than the low-dose chronic arousal of the immune system… aka Chronic Inflammation.

Being such a BIG factor in cellular dysfunction and disease that we’ve been calling it “Longevity Liability Numero Uno” for years now. Regularly discussing strategies which control & reduce this internal fire as much as possible. Little did we know, one of those strategies, arguably one of the BEST things we can do for our cellular health, was directly turning on the inflammatory burners.

If you haven’t already guessed, we’re talking about exercise, and how this longevity boosting activity triggers a flurry of inflammatory compounds every time you do it. Forcing any rational individual to wonder, how can it be so good?

Well, good thing we have science! As research suggests that there is much more to this fire and ice dynamic than we see on the outside. In fact, this biological partnership between exercise & inflammation may be so strong, that it’s actually a necessity for us humans to be at our biological best….
