It was only a few months after going fully plant based that I began experimenting with structured feeding windows…and well…hundreds of YouTube Videos later…here we are ;)….

Today we’re gonna look at some things that I wish I knew when I started my fasting journey, specifically a few lesser-known “gotchas” when doing it in a Plant Based way!

We’ll be talking essential vitamins to add, how to best approach protein & dietary fiber, as well as a few other tips and tricks I’ve picked-up along the way!

Keep in mind, Most of these tips have relevance beyond just plant-based eating, they’re just more commonly overlooked in a plant based lifestyle…..
