  • Lunge Forward/ Step Back Flow10 Reps (5 Each Side)
  • Loaded Alternating Lung 10 Reps (5 Each Side)
  • Alternating Glute Bridge w/ Press10 Reps (5 Each Side)
  • Plank Pull Under –20 Reps (10 Each Side)
  • Loaded Kettle Sit-Up – 10 Reps (5 Each Side) A
