And I would actually argue that what you see in the mirror is one of the LEAST cool things on muscles resume…

This tissue not only supports the ever important movement, posture, joint stability, and heat production. But also happens to be one of the most metabolically active tissues we have…

Playing a KEY role in regulating glucose and insulin balance, producing bio-active compounds which modulate inflammation and keeping bone strong so we don’t disintegrate into thin air…

And adding to this metabolic praise, the research indicates that having more muscle is NOT ONLY inversely related with modern disease, but also extends our odds, likelihood and probability of a long healthy life… AKA that Longevity Thing…

So lets explore some ways to optimize this tissue and thus, optimize you... Oh, and as a side-effect, you may or may not look alittle cooler naked… Just Sayin’
