What You Need:

  • Med/Slam Ball
  • Timer

The Motions:

Complete the following Movements, Every Minute, in the following Format:

  • 40 Sec = WORK
  • 20 Sec = REST
  • For FIVE Total Rounds

Example:
Minute 1 = Movement#1 for 40 Seconds, Rest for 20 Seconds
Minute 2 = Movement#2

Minute 5 = Back to Movement #1

  • 🤜2) Alternating Russian Twist -to- Toss -to- Push-up
  • 🤜3) Slam-to-Burpee-to-Foot Toss
  • 🤜4) V-Up -to- TossUp -to- 3-Second Core Hold
