The Motions:

Complete the Following Movements Every Round ⏳

  • Kettle Farmers Carry (Right) – 15 Yards / There & Back
  • Kettle Farmers Carry (Left) – 15 Yards / There & Back
  • Loaded Kettle Walk (Right) – 15 Yards / There & Back
  • Loaded Kettle Walk (Left) – 15 Yards / There & Back
  • Kettlebell Swing – 20 Reps
