The Motions:

Complete the following Movements, Every Minute on the Minute, one exercise per minute:

  • Kettle Jump Halo Complex – 4 Reps
  • Cossack Swing-Through Flow – 4 Rep
  • Kettle Swing – 20 Reps
  • Bottoms-Up Alternating Step-Back – 10 Rep
  • Lateral Kettle Hops – 30 Reps
