What You Need:

  • Kettlebell
  • Timer

The Motions:

Complete the following Movements, Every Minute on the Minute, one exercise per minute:

  • Low Curl High Curl – 10 Reps
  • V-Up Crunch Hold Complex – 5 Each
  • Duck Walk Arm Complex – 4x Steps Forward / 4x Steps Back
  • Tuck Planche or Bear Stance Touches – (2 x 10 Sec Holds) or (5 Reps)
  • Halo Tri-Press Complex – 10 Reps
