This Cossack Squat Challenge Brings the fire! 110 Squats and a-little Animal Flow For TIME!

2 Movements / 10 Rounds / FOR TIME

What You Need:

  • Just You
  • Timer

The Motions:

Complete the following Movements, decreasing movement #1 by two reps (one each side) each round. Movement #2 will be the same reps (1) every round.

The Final Round Will Have (2) Reps of Movement #1 and (1) Rep of Movement #2

  1. Alternating Cossack Squat
  2. Animal Flow
