5 Exercise/ 5-10 Rounds / 30-50 Minutes

What You Need:

  • KettleBell – 80% One Rep Max (1RM) for Turkish GetUP

The Motions:

Complete the Exercises Below in the following order…

  • Kettle GetUpRight Arm
  • Loaded Kettle Walk 10 Yards and Back (Right Arm)
  • Kettle Press – Right Arm
  • Oblique Heel Touches50 Reps (25 each side)
  • Kettle GetUpLeft Arm
  • Loaded Kettle Walk 10 Yards and Back (Left Arm)
  • Kettle Press– Left Arm
  • Alternating Hip Touches – 30 Reps (15 each side)

That’s ONE Round 👊

👊 Aim for 5-10 Total ROUNDS 👊
