Truth is, the majority of us intelligent walking apes on this beautiful floating rock will spend a large proportion of our lives working, and that’s not necessarily a bad thing. As it has the potential to be one of the most purpose-driven activities we do.

OR, as many people have experienced first-hand, the exact opposite.

Whatever side of the spectrum you’re on, with hopes that you’ve found the former, there is a “Killer” combination which often accompanies the 9-5 grind… And when I say killer, I don’t mean “That was KILLER Dude!!!” like the surfer sea turtle from Finding Nemo would say.

We’re actually talking the opposite end of the spectrum….

These are the often chronic components of modern work culture which chip away at our cellular and metabolic health for decades. Like a form of slow torture…..

They include…

  • Excess Stress
  • Deprived Sleep
  • Sedentary Behavior
  • A Nature Deficit
  • And an increased odds, likelihood and probability of poor eating habits

And although this list may not be relevant to you in its entirety, there’s probably something here which is actively working against your cellular and metabolic vibe.

However, this is a vibe that can be reset! No matter what your current job status is. And all you have to do is activate your biological vacation mode… Yep, you heard that right!
