And in case you were wondering….. Every single other organisms on this planet is governed and abides by some type of circadian rhythm. Putting them in a sleep (or sleep-like) state on a regular basis……

Translation… EVERY other organisms plays ball….

Except the most intelligent, cognitively capable one….

The results being a chronic sub-optimal biochemical state which promotes Disease, Depression and….. THE Accumulation of the BAD type of FAT…
