In this day and age it’s easy to become overwhelmed with the latest trends, interventions and therapies when optimizing our health…..

There’s just SOOO much new data hitting the digital wire each day that it’s TRULY impossible to stay up to date and keep ones sanity at the same time.

Which makes me wonder… Could we be doing to much?

And taking a step further… Could the answers to all our problems be hidden in the plot of a popular 90’s sitcom?

A sitcom about…… Well, Nothing?

There’s a definite chance of a possible maybe….

Alright, maybe not the answer to ALL your problems, but certainly some of em’.

Here’s the argument for “how & why” sitting still and clearing your mind (aka meditation) can be a “game changer” when it comes to improving health and swaying your odds for longevity.

And all You have to do is sit back, relax and….. Not do anything!
