We Humans are interesting creatures…..

So intelligent, yet often to the point where we end up inflicting completely avoidable biological harm….

Point and case, the common societal mantra of “I’ll Sleep when I’m Dead”

A philosophy which promotes and reinforces the concept that we need to “Keep Grinding” , “Out-Work the Competition” or find a “Good Time” in every second of the day…. All at the sacrifice of SLEEP, or at the very least properly aligned Sleep…

The Ironic thing about all this is the fact that GOOD SLEEP would actually enhance all of that “sleep swerving” justification above. Putting one in a better biological position to optimize their day-to-day function and accomplish MORE in less time.

And Might I add, likely giving an individual MORE TIME on this beautiful floating rock to do “All of the Above”. While living your life in accordance to that aforementioned manta ironically only accelerates the ladder….

Creating a biological environment that promotes disease onset and momentum, just take a look at what it does to our internal army within, the immune system….
