What You Need:

  • Just YOU
  • Timer

The Motions:

Complete the Following Movements Every Minute On the Minute:

  • Ape Walk Explosive Knee Variation – There & Back
    • NOTE: Alternate the direction you start every round
  • PLYO Skiers w/ Hop – 6 Reps
  • Explosive Squat Jumps – 4 Reps

Rest for the remainder of the Minute and then Right Back At It 👊
