What You Need:

  • Just You
  • Timer

The Motions:

Complete the following Movements, Every Minute on the Minute, one exercise per minute:

  • Rotate / Kick-through / Scorpion – Pyramid Progression
  • Reverse Kick / Plyo Complex – There & Back
  • Sprawl Roll-back Flow – 4 Reps
  • Handstand Side Kick-through – 10 Reps
  • Bear Crawl Roll-Back – 3 Reps
