What You Need:

  • (2) Kettlebells
  • Timer

The Motions:

Alternating EMOM

Complete the Following Movements Every Minute On the Minute:

  • Kettle Push-Ups – 5 Reps
  • Mountain Climbers – 10 Reps
  • Kettle DeadLifts – 4 Reps
  • Kettle Row – 2 Reps
  • Dual Kettle Snatch – 1 Reps

Rest for the remainder of the Minute and then Right Back At It 👊
