It’s time to FINALLY Settle this AGE OLD Debate Once & FOR ALL!

OK fine, more like a debate of the last decade, because let’s be honest, for the majority of our human existence we ATE when we could find and/or had access to Food.

And debating whether consuming said food earlier in the day or saving it for one BIG late night fiesta wasn’t really a topic of discussion….

However, staying on that topic of human & primate habits over a few million years of evolution… It’s hard to imagine that THREE main meals, with the largest most substantial one being right before bed was ever a mainstay in the script….

In reality, it’s more likely just a byproduct of the last few thousand years. A byproduct which hasn’t seemed to cause much metabolic harm until mixed with our modern ultra-comfortable, ultra-processed, ultra-sedentary, 24/7 world….

A world where for many, food is a hobby rather than survival chore. Which wouldn’t be all that bad if wasn’t slowly, but surely, driving cellular and metabolic chaos from within. Impairing day-to-day mood, feel, physical function & cognition, all while chipping away at our healthy years of life…..

And OF COURSE “What YOU EAT” matters too, but as we see in this review, timing may help the Longevity cause as well!
