This week in “TRAINING FOR LIFE” we take on Shoulder Stability, Balance, a nice little Leg Pump, and some 🐶 play 🔥🔥🔥

5 Movements / 3 Rounds / ~35 Minutes

What You Need:

  • (1) Kettlebell – 60%-to-75% 1RM for Overhead Press

The Motions:

Complete the Following Circuit at your own pace ⏳

  • Walking Overhead Kettle Lunge (Right) – 8 Steps Forward
  • Rollback Tuck Jumps – 4 Reps
  • Reverse Overhead Kettle Lunge (Right) – 8 Steps Back
  • StepBack Kettle Complex (Right) – 5 Reps
  • Alternating Hip Touches – 20 Reps

    REPEAT ON LEFT
  • Walking Overhead Kettle Lunge (Left) – 8 Steps Forward
  • Rollback Tuck Jumps – 4 Reps
  • Reverse Overhead Kettle Lunge (Left) – 8 Steps Back
  • StepBack Kettle Complex (Left) – 5 Reps
  • Alternating Hip Touches – 20 Reps
