5 Movements / 6 Rounds / 30 Minutes

What You Need:

  • (2) Kettlebells
  • Timer

The Motions:

Complete the following Movements, Every Minute on the Minute, one exercise per minute:

  • Snatch / Squat / Press Complex – 4 Reps
  • High Knee High Pull – 6 Reps
  • Deadlift & Row – 6 Reps
  • Loaded Curtsy Squat – 3 Reps
  • PushUp PlyoUp – 6 Reps
