What You Need:

  • Battle Ropes
  • Timer

The Motions:

Complete the following Movements, Every Minute on the Minute, one exercise per minute:

  • Alternating Waves – ~50-80 Reps
  • Alternating PUNCH w/PowerSlam – 5 Reps
  • Step-Back Complex (Right) – 6 Reps / 15 in-&-outs
  • Walking Wave Side Plank- 4 Reps
  • Step-Back Complex (Left) – 5 Reps / 15 in-&-outs
